In my childhood trauma hypnotherapy, I create a safe, confidential space for you to gently revisit earlier experiences without reliving them. Together, we connect with the younger parts of you that still feel afraid, unseen, or responsible, and offer them what they never received: protection, validation, and love.
Using inner child work and age regression techniques, I help you release old emotional burdens from your body and nervous system. You remain in charge the entire time, choosing what you are ready to explore. As we update those early beliefs-"I'm not safe," "I'm not good enough"-to more accurate, compassionate truths, your present-day reactions begin to soften.
